What is Personal Data?
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, Personal Data means any information provided by you while interacting with us, for example, whilst filling a form, or searching for deals. Every time you interact with us [e.g. booking a room –through our Website, or via a third-party provider (such as Booking.com), signing up for our newsletter, etc.], we may process the Personal Data you provide to us, and as follows:

A. Booking a room
When you book a room or even start a reservation process, we may collect:

  • Your selected hotel including its location.

  • Your selected dates or dates you have searched for availability.

  • The number of rooms on the reservation.

  • The number of people on the reservation (divided into adults and children).

  • The room type and specific requests (such as bed type, breakfast, etc.).

  • Age of children (under 2 years old or not and over or under 18).

  • Your name and surname.

  • Telephone/mobile.

  • Your country of origin.

  • Your e-mail address.

  • Any Additional Remarks.

  • Your credit card details.

We use this Personal Data for the execution of your reservation and to establish and fulfill our contract with you. This includes verifying your identity, taking the guarantee and/or payment information, and making the needed arrangements to fulfill your request.
